COVID restrictions scaled back in Greater Sydney after ten days without community case
Sydney’s snap COVID-19 restrictions have been wound back after ten days without a community case.
The rules were introduced for Greater Sydney - including the Blue Mountains, Illawarra and Central Coast - after a man from the eastern suburbs tested positive for the virus.
He has since passed on the virus to a household contact but a source of infection continues to elude health authorities.
