 Call us crazy, but based on some of the architectural monstrosities we’ve encountered from the Gold Coast, we don’t exactly have high expectations of the area when it comes to palatial real estate. Oozing with old world charm and reminiscent of France’s chateaus, this sprawling property may very well wash the bad taste out of our mouths layered by the gaudy likes of 26-32 Knightsbridge Parade East.

Gold Coast car dealer fined for second odometer tampering

 A Gold Coast car dealer has been busted for tampering with the odometer of a car that he sold. The Office of Fair Trading took Christos Spiro Tsalapataris to court where he was ordered to pay $5,000 for the offence. Southport court heard that Mr Tsalapataris, who traded as GC Car Wholesale, purchased a 2011 Mitsubishi Triton from a Southport motor dealer in June last year for $6,100.
