Motorcyclist killed in horror Gold Coast hinterland crash

 Police are investigating whether a motorcyclist who was killed in a crash in the Gold Coast hinterland this morning was deliberately struck by another car.

The rider of the bike, a 28-year-old man, is believed to have been involved in a verbal altercation with two men outside a correctional facility at Numinbah Valley around 10.10am.

The man then took off on his motorbike and rode southbound along Nerang Murwillumbah for approximately three kilometres before crashing.
