The Complete Apartment Inspection Checklist

 Hello everyone,

I have moved a couple of times but never paid attention to inspecting the property before moving in. Luckily, the rental space didn’t have any major issues. However, I paid the price for my negligence when I relocated last month. There were several problems in the property and but I signed the lease agreement and moved in. From dirty toilet and kitchen and damaged carpets to inappropriate lock system and fault in the electrical outlet, my current rental space is nothing less than a nightmare for a tenant. Gold Coast car dealer fined for second odometer tampering

 A Gold Coast car dealer has been busted for tampering with the odometer of a car that he sold. The Office of Fair Trading took Christos Spiro Tsalapataris to court where he was ordered to pay $5,000 for the offence. Southport court heard that Mr Tsalapataris, who traded as GC Car Wholesale, purchased a 2011 Mitsubishi Triton from a Southport motor dealer in June last year for $6,100.
