‘Thought he’d achieved it all’: Cronk, Kent pinpoint $1m Titans star’s fall from grace

 Cooper Cronk and Paul Kent believe Ash Taylor thought he had achieved everything in rugby league when he signed his $1 million a season Titans deal, but the reality was the hard work was just beginning.

Taylor’s future is uncertain beyond 2021 after he was dropped for the Titans’ Round 24 clash with his Gold Cost career on the brink and the Raiders and most recently the Bulldogs ruling themselves out of contention for his services.

Gold Coast car dealer fined for second odometer tampering

 A Gold Coast car dealer has been busted for tampering with the odometer of a car that he sold. The Office of Fair Trading took Christos Spiro Tsalapataris to court where he was ordered to pay $5,000 for the offence. Southport court heard that Mr Tsalapataris, who traded as GC Car Wholesale, purchased a 2011 Mitsubishi Triton from a Southport motor dealer in June last year for $6,100.
