The Best and Worst Foods for Your Teeth

Image
Hi People, We are what we eat is a common saying, and this is the reason why most people have taken to healthy eating. I had always thought that unhealthy eating could affect my overall health but I was surprised to know that there are certain foods which can affect the health of our teeth. In my quest of healthy eating, I used to drink lots of lemonade and oranges throughout the day. However, it was ruining my teeth. I got to know that citric foods could erode the tooth enamel and harm the teeth if consumed in large quantity. I am sure a lot of people don’t know it. So here is an article about the best and worst foods for your teeth.   https://www.dentisthopeisland.com.au/the-best-and-worst-foods-for-your-teeth/
