Eurovision Returns to Gold Coast in 2022

 The Palaszczuk Government today revealed that SBS’s glittering television event Eurovision – Australia Decides, hosted by comedian Joel Creasey and music buff Myf Warhurst, will once again broadcast live from the Gold Coast in February 2022. With the support of the Queensland Government through Screen Queensland’s Production Attraction Strategy and Tourism and Events Queensland, the event will be presented at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre on Friday 25 and Saturday 26 February, to determine which song will represent Australia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Italy. Motorist rescued from wreckage after nasty Gold Coast rollover

 A motorist has miraculously managed to escape serious injury following a nasty rollover in Robina overnight. The vehicle is understood to have crashed into another car at the intersection of Scottsdale Drive and Christina Avenue just after 6.30pm.
